Welcome… and congratulations on taking your first step on your meditation journey
I want to set you up for success, so let me give you some guidance on how to get the most out of this meditation.
I recommend listening to the meditation in a space where there are few distractions. If you are new to meditation simply sit in a chair with your feet flat on the floor, hands open on your lap facing upwards.
Follow the guidance as best you can, allowing yourself to relax but keeping your mind attentive and alert.
And if this meditation resonates with you I invite you to experience meditation in an interactive session with like-minded people at a Class, Workshop or Retreat. Why not join the 4 week course ‘Enhance Your Wellbeing & Build Resilience In This Difficult Time‘ starting on 8 April.
But for now, let’s get you started with your first meditation!
