When you leave this retreat you will feel relaxed, rejuvenated and full of vitality. Most importantly, you will be able to apply these meditation ‘tools’ to your daily life. So, no matter how chaotic your environment is, you will be able to continue to build your resilience long after the retreat.
Our venue is in a very special location with luxurious spa amenities and a serene setting that is perfect for meditation.
Rimske Terme offers a variety of wellness facilities, including treatments, massages, pool, saunas and fitness centers.
The swimming pools filled with thermal water are designed along the lines of the Roman baths and cover 450 m2. There is an indoor and outdoor panoramic swimming pool, 4 indoor and 3 outdoor massage pools with water seats and beds. Simply Divine!
Who Should Attend?
The Retreat is suitable for all levels of Meditators (from Beginners to Advanced).
Meditation complemented by sound and movement
The sessions are very interactive and consist of teachings, guided meditations, questions and sharing experiences.
We will complement powerful meditation techniques with the use of sound (singing bowls, music, vowel sounds) and very specific movements (asanas) to harmonise your energy (chakras).
Although the techniques you will discover are extremely powerful they are also very simple and easy to incorporate into your daily life.
Immerse yourself in meditation, but go at your own pace
The beauty of this retreat is that you can make the weekend as intense or as relaxed as you choose.
I encourage you to attend all teachings & group meditation sessions, but it is important that you go at your own pace. I have chosen this location because it is conducive to intense learning as well as maximum relaxation.
You may choose to attend the optional sessions for maximum benefit, to meditate in the beautiful surroundings, or book a spa treatment – This time is for you!
- Arrival and check in from 3pm
- 8:30pm – 9:30pm – Retreat Opening Session (recorded so those arriving late can listen Friday morning)
Friday, Saturday, Sunday:
- 7:30am – 8:00am – Optional early morning session
- 7:30am – 9:30am – Breakfast
- 10:00am – 12:00pm – Morning session
- 12:00pm – 1:30pm – Lunch
- 1:30pm – 3:30pm – Afternoon session
- 7:30pm – 8:30pm – Optional evening session (*Friday and Saturday only)

With over 20 years of global corporate management experience, Julie knows first-hand the stress of working in a corporate environment and living a fast-paced lifestyle.
Her vast experiences led her to discover the transformation that meditation brings to life. Today she teaches Success Through Stillness, a simple and proven programme that takes you on a journey where success and stillness unite harmoniously.
Julie is an accomplished speaker and commentator on issues relevant to realising Success Through Stillness. She also authored the chapter “Managing conflict in the workplace” in Tell Stories Get Hired.
She is currently on the board of the Contemplative Consciousness Network (CCN) charity, which supports the integration of science and meditation.

Slovenia Meditation Retreat 2018
Group Meditation Sessions:
- Opening session on Thursday evening
- 4 hours each day for 3 days
- PLUS OPTIONAL sessions of 1.5 hours each day
4* Hotel Accommodation, for 3 nights (Thursday, Friday, Saturday):
- 4* Hotel Rimski Dvor
- Single or double accommodation
Full board – your meals are included:
- Breakfast, lunch and dinner for Friday, Saturday and Sunday
Use of facilities:
- Unlimited use of the pool complex with thermal water – the entire length of your stay
- Gym, Gardens, Country walks, Free Wifi, Parking
- Recording of the 3 Day Retreat, so you can continue practicing on your own after the retreat
