I want to set you up for success, so let me give you some guidance on how to get the most out of this video series.
Firstly, set the right expectation. I am a firm believer that the best way to learn meditation and deepen your practise is by joining interactive sessions. The intention of these videos is to give you the opportunity to see if meditation and my style of teaching resonates with you.
So, you wont learn everything in one sitting. However, you will walk away with the basics, and know if you want to learn more.
Secondly, if you feel short on time, I recommend watching the second (the biggest obstacles to meditation) and third (a guided meditation) videos at a minimum. This will give you a taste of what meditation is like and my teaching style.
