Not a morning meditator?
I understand that everyone has an optimal time for meditation, and perhaps mornings don’t suit you!
I highly recommend that you take the opportunity to form the daily habit for just Week One (perhaps getting up 15 minutes earlier).
You then have the option to do Week 2 at a time that suits you, since the sessions are recorded.
