Rejuvenation in just 15 Minutes A Day 

I know you’re busy and probably under great pressure to perform.  Perhaps you’re facing uncertainty around your business, restructuring at work or trying to establish greater work/life balance.  Whatever the case, I know you want to be at your best for the benefit of you and your loved ones… and taking time to meditate could be the best gift of kindness you give to yourself and others. 

Forming a new habit is challenging, so don’t beat yourself up if you haven’t succeeded in meditation yet! For many students the hardest part is getting started.

So, whether you’re a complete beginner, have started and re-started meditation many times, or simply want to revitalise your practise, this course will help you build meditation into your life with ease.

Week 1: Forming your new meditation habit (creating new circuits in your brain)

Starting at 8:20am (UK time) on Monday 17 January, for 5 consecutive days, you will:
  • Discover a new meditation posture (5 minutes before class officially begins)
  • Experience meditating with a like-minded group for 15 minutes
  • Learn a new meditation each day to help you relieve burnout & stress, anxiety, poor sleep, feeling isolated and unable to focus or find clarity

Week 2: Making meditation a lasting routine (hard wiring the circuits in your brain)

Starting at 8:20am (UK time) on Monday 24 January, for 5 consecutive days, you will:
  • Experience everything offered in week 1 – reviewing the 5 postures, discovering new meditations each day (different techniques than you experienced in week 1) and feeling the power of group meditation
  • This includes – experiencing a new meditation each day to help you relieve feelings of burnout& stress, anxiety, poor sleep, being isolated and being unable to focus or gain clarity

PLUS:

  • Discover the neuroscience behind forming new habits: On Day 1, I will take 5 minutes before class to explain why it’s challenging to make habits stick and what you can do about it.
  • Receive recordings for all the sessions: Fabulous if you have to miss a session or want to do the class on your own at a different time of day.
  • Experience meditation with sound: Some days I will use specific sounds and frequencies to revitalize your energy system and enhance your meditation experience.
  • Extra 15 Minutes, so you can interact with other participants and ask questions: *This is optional for you* only stay if you have time. I will add 15 minutes to the end of each session to take questions and share experiences. Many students find it helpful to share and hear other people’s experiences to deepen their own understanding (and neuroscience supports this too).

Not a morning meditator?

I understand that everyone has an optimal time for meditation, and perhaps mornings don’t suit you!

I highly recommend that you take the opportunity to form the daily habit for just Week One (perhaps getting up 15 minutes earlier).

You then have the option to do Week 2 at a time that suits you, since the sessions are recorded.
