Meditation Classes – Online and In Person

Why Choose A Class Over An App Or A Book?

I’m a firm believer that Interactive Sessions are the best way to learn meditation (beginners) or deepen your practise (advanced levels).

Books, apps and guided meditations (that ‘talk at you’), are great as support tools.  However, an interactive session allows you to ask questions, share experiences, clarify ideas and gain insights from other like-minded people.  So if your aim is to build a lifelong meditation practice that positively impacts every aspect of your life, I highly recommend joining an interactive session. To help you accelerate your growth and sustain a regular meditation practice, the classes offer:

  • Clear Guidance – Having an experienced mentor is integral and gives you confidence, when you are wondering ‘am I doing this right’?

  • Interactive discussions – classes give you the ability to ask questions and discuss your experiences with a like-minded group.

  • Ability to join an online class from anywhere – perfect if you live abroad, travel a lot or want to practice in the comfort of your own home.

  • Motivation and support – be a part of a like-minded, uplifting and nourishing meditation community.

  • Support tools – all classes are recorded, so you can play back the class in part or in full, at your leisure.

In Person Classes are held at Violet Hill Studios, Maida Vale, London NW8 on Wednesday evenings

Foundation

Recommended if you:

  • Are new to meditation
  • Have been practising meditation regularly, but for less than one year
  • Have not ever practiced meditation continuously or consistently for more than a 6 month period

Advanced

Recommended if you:

  • Have been meditating on a regular basis for more than 1 year
  • Don’t meditate consistently, but are motivated when interacting with a supportive group
  • Want to rejuvenate your practice with new meditation concepts and techniques

Foundation Online

  • 1 hour interactive class online
  • 2 hours recordings (online & in person classes)

Foundation In Person

  • 1 hour interactive class in person
  • 1 hour interactive class online
  • 2 hours recordings (online & in person classes)

£25 pm

Advanced Online

  • 2 hours interactive class online
  • 4 hours recordings (online & in person classes)

£30 pm

Advanced In Person

  • 2 hours interactive class in person
  • 2 hours interactive class online
  • 4 hours recordings (online & in person classes)

I keep classes small for your best experience, so I suggest you book your place as soon as possible. If there is no space contact me.

More Details

Time: All classes start at 7:00pm

  • 7:00-8:00pm: Foundation and Advanced groups together
  • 8:00-8:10pm: Short break
  • 8:10-9:10pm: Advanced group continues

Dates:

  • 1st Wednesday of every month – in-person class
  • 3rd Wednesday of every month – online class
  • December and January classes may be adjusted to allow for Xmas holidays (will be given plenty of notice)

Where (in person class):

  • Violet Hill Studios: 6 Violet Hill, London NW8 9EB.  Nearest tube: Maida Vale, Bakerloo (4 min) or St. Johns Wood, Jubilee (8 min)

Online class

  • At your home, hotel or wherever there is an internet connection. If you experience technical problems, you can join by phone.
  • Using Zoom Meetings (rather than webinar format).  All students see and hear each other so that the class is fully interactive.  I mute participants during meditations, to ensure you can hear my guidance clearly.
  • After you make payment I will send you your login details, and details on how to join the class.
  • You dont need to be a technology wizz as it is super easy!

Join a Taster Session for the chance to ‘check out’ the class, before joining on a regular basis.

You can make a one time payment below which gives you access to 1 online or 1 in-person class at Foundation level (1 hour class).
