15 Minute Meditations to Relieve Anxiety

If you would like to discover how to calm your mind, restore your balance and build inner strength, join us for the Meditation Session ‘Relieving Anxiety’ by Julie Smith, founder of Success Through Stillness.

At this Online Session, you will experience a ‘Fast Relief’ exercise that will help you re-centre quickly in moments of stress.  Julie will also guide you through a simple yet powerful meditation that gently slows down your mind and body.

After the session, attendees will receive a 3 Day Online Meditation Course to help them continue to practise meditation on their own.

Session Details:

  • Date & Time: Wednesday 25 May at 7:00 to 8:00pm (45 min talk, 15 min Q&A)
  • Where: Online session (details sent upon payment)
  • Cost: 10 Euros
