At this Online Session, you will experience a ‘Fast Relief’ exercise that will help you re-centre quickly in moments of stress. Julie will also guide you through a simple yet powerful meditation that gently slows down your mind and body.
After the session, attendees will receive a 3 Day Online Meditation Course to help them continue to practise meditation on their own.
