January is often a time for reflection and trying new things (and changing old habits). If you’re thinking about making some positive changes in 2017, taking up meditation can be a great place to start. It will not only give you a sense of peace but also an energy boost so you can be your best in all areas of your life.

So, I want to give you the opportunity to start meditation again in a simple but powerful way. I am hosting a 1 Day Workshop on Saturday 11 February, to help you kick-start your meditation practise for 2017.

The Theme for this workshop is Deep Relaxation & Emotional Release.  At the workshop, you will discover steps 1 and 2 of the 5 Step Success Through Stillness programme.

You will leave this 1 day workshop feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and full of vitality.And because you are looking for long term results, this workshop will also ‘set you up for success’ by showing you how to integrate simple meditation techniques into your daily life so that you continue to experience these feelings on a long term basis.

If joining a class is better for you, you can join either the Foundations Class  (for beginners) or Advanced Class  (for people meditating more than 1 year).
