Meditation is a proven method to help insomnia sufferers.  That is why I created the Peaceful Sleep Programme – which includes the Peaceful Sleep System, Courses and Events.  I am so pleased I was invited to be interviewed by this group.  If you suffer with sleep issues it is a great forum to help you find a way to improve your situation.
