Tips on how to use your guided meditation
Recently, I sent you a guided meditation to help you begin discovering your Chakras. And now I want to give you some tips on how to get the most out of your Free Chakra Meditation
If you are a complete beginner to either meditation or Chakras, it is most important for you to take ‘step 1: start now’ with the audio I sent you a few posts ago.
And if you are an ‘old hat’, you can still use the guided meditation to help you maintain your regular practice.

I want to give you a few tips on getting the most from the meditation… based on my Success Through Stillness Approach.
This is a guided meditation so you don’t have to do anything! Just allow yourself to quieten down and enjoy the experience of the meditation. Remember, there’s no “right” or “wrong” experience of meditation, so let go of any judgement of yourself or the process – just allow it to be whatever it is.
And you’ll discover a new experience every time you listen to the download – which I suggest you do on a regular basis.
If you find your mind wandering during the meditation, don’t berate yourself… it is normal for the mind to slip away on you. Simply acknowledge the distraction and then gently bring yourself back to the sound of my voice. Train your mind to come back to what you want it to focus on every time it’s distracted.
Allowing your mind to quieten down becomes easier with regular practice, and as you progress with your meditation you will also begin to enjoy an upsurge in energy and wellbeing.
