Announcing Windsor Weekend Retreat (4-6 November)

Windsor Weekend Meditation Retreat, 4-6 November

Please join us from Friday 4 November (6:00pm) to Sunday 6 November (6:00pm) for a Weekend of transformation, nourishment and relaxation in the tranquil surroundings of the beautiful Beaumont Estates hotel in Windsor.

This is your opportunity to immerse yourself in meditation for a full weekend, allowing you to experience deep relaxation and release negative emotion for a lasting transformation. Although the techniques you will discover are extremely powerful they are also very simple and easy to incorporate into your daily life.

Whenever we are feeling un-ease, upset, frustration or even anger (perhaps we are ‘trying to hard’), all we need to do is relax and release.

Easier said than done you say? Yes…And that is the point. Our minds are conditioned to react to life’s pressures by ‘tensing up and holding on’. During this retreat you will discover how to ‘let go’ of your emotional baggage, and how to ‘re-train’ your mind to respond (rather than react) to life’s external pressures (so you don’t take on new emotional baggage).

You experience deep relaxation all weekend long. But more than this, you will walk away with tools that help you continue this feeling of deep relaxation

This weekend is all about forming new HABITS toward a natural state of relaxing and releasing…. allowing you to access this ‘Feel Great’ state more naturally and automatically as you move through life.

The Venue has beautiful grounds (perfect for outdoor walks and reflection) and the venue itself is full of character. I have personally checked and the rooms to ensure they are of high standard.

Here’s the details and how to register… Weekend Retreat in Windsor, details and deposit (5 spots left)

PS – I keep the numbers small (10 people) to ensure everyone gets personal guidance and attention, and 5 spots are already taken, so do act quickly to ensure you get a space.
