We had a wonderful discussion in the Online Meditation Class last week on ways to establish a regular meditation practise, and I thought it may be helpful for you too.
I am a firm believer that interactive sessions are the best way to learn meditation properly and keep you motivated and growing. However, you always need to support classes with your own regular meditation practise to get the deeper benefits of meditation.
I liken meditation to the gym – you cant go once and expect big muscles the next day!
