This Retreat gives you the opportunity to immerse yourself in meditation for a full weekend, and allow you to experience deep relaxation and release negative emotion. Although the techniques you will discover are extremely powerful they are also very simple.

The Theme for this weekend is Deep Relaxation & Emotional Release. Whenever we are feeling un-ease, upset, or frustration (perhaps we are ‘trying to hard’), all we need to do is relax and release. Sounds easy doesn’t it…. but somehow have trained our minds habitually react in this way.
This weekend is all about changing your reactions – forming new HABITS toward a natural state of relaxing and releasing…. allowing you to access this ‘Feel Great’ state more naturally and automatically as you move through life.
You will leave this meditation retreat feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and full of vitality. And most importantly, you will have the tools and experience to continue this inner transformation in your daily life.
5 Steps to Success through Stillness:
At the retreat, you will be introduced my 5 step, Success through Stillness programme. You will walk through and experience each of the 5 steps, with your main focus on steps one and two (physical and emotional release).
These 5 steps will help you discover how to:
- Release physical tension and experience deep relaxation in your body
- Release negative emotions, freeing yourself from your past so you can flourish in your future
- Release mental clutter, so you can harness the power of your mind
- Connect to stillness, allowing you to access your inner sanctuary and experience the stillness within
- Open yourself to love, breaking down your barriers and discovering compassion for yourself and others

The Retreat is suitable for all levels of Meditators (from Beginners to Advanced).
The beauty of this retreat is that you can make the weekend as intense or as relaxed as you choose. It is important to go at your own pace. The environment is conducive to intense learning as well as maximum relaxation. Although you are encouraged to attend all teachings & group meditation sessions, you may choose to relax or meditate in the beautiful surroundings on your own.
