Meditation is best experienced in a ‘face-to-face’ setting, as you will experience deeper meditation and improve your chances of practicing regularly. However, I know that this not always possible for everyone.
Online programmes are excellent tools to support your meditation practice. They can also help you get started when you are unable to attend classes in person.
