I am sure many of you are seeking ways to de-stress for the holiday season (and hopefully beyond).

There will be some great events in January for you to discover my Success Through Stillness approach to meditation (a simple 5 step programme). However, I don’t want you to wait until January to start practising meditation.

Step 1 of the 5 steps is simply to “Get Started Now”.

If you haven’t already done so, I suggest that you download my free guided mediation on my website (at the bottom of this page). For those of you who already have that guided meditation, I have included a new and very special guided meditation for you.

It is the perfect Christmas meditation as it will help you feel uplifted and full of love. It has been recorded as part of the advanced meditation membership session.

About the Loving Kindness Meditation. The meditation is 20 minutes long. I am gonging a Tibetan singing bowl first 7 minutes of the meditation, as students follow the process of their breathing. The gonging can be very helpful for some, but if the gonging does not appeal to you, I suggest you start the recording at the 7 minute mark.

Listening to these meditations will give you a taste of how I teach, and it will help you to see if my voice and style of guiding meditation resonates with you.
